All my commissioned prints are made from scratch, starting with an original watercolour drawing. I sometimes need to source a vintage map if I haven't already got one, and I will use your chosen location and 'fit' my drawing to it. I will send you a proof by email to approve before I send the final piece to print, and am always happy to make changes along the way, as I want you to love your final print. Commissions usually take between 3 - 4 weeks to complete.

For bespoke commissions I will send you a full refund if you aren't happy with the proof I email to you, and you decide you don't wish to go ahead with the commission. Once the print has been dispatched, I can't offer a refund for bespoke pieces, but I will always replace an item that has been damaged in transit. 

Commissions take 3 - 4 weeks to complete, occasionally longer at busy times, so please leave plenty of time if it is for a birthday or special occasion!
